Degree:

I applied for my CA CLAD credential in March 2022. Here we are in December and still waiting. This is AFTER I spent over $2,000 and took 12 units with them the year prior and submitted a portfolio with them. Every time I call it goes to voicemail. Great work.

Degree: Social Work

If you are looking for masters in social work look somewhere else or have zero expectations. Most professors and the people in the internship department including the director and the assistant do the bare minimum. Make sure to find your own internship, they have no links to any agencies. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

One Stop Specialists and financial aid people are a complete joke and pretty sure they have no idea what they are doing most of the time. Incapable of answering questions same day lucky if you get an answer within a week. This college will do anything to keep your federal financial aid for as long as they can including erasing previous work that you mastered and telling you a month later you have to redo it because they had technical issues even when you have proof that class was completed and will... Degree: Counseling

I did the Masters in counseling with a PPS Credential, for school counseling program. When it said that I was getting a Master's in counseling I thought it would qualify me to continue to go on to get Licensed as a clinical counselor after the program. However that is not the case with this program! This program is great if you want only the PPS Credential. I have to take a whole other masters if I want to work specifically in mental health with students. Because schools are hiring LPCCs and MFTs... Read More

Degree: Business Administration

I began this journey in 2018, with Brandman University. I am now in the home stretch, with UMASS Global. I am an older adult learner who was petrified to be back at school. And yet to my surprise, I was learning so much and enhancing the knowledge I already had. I feel the instructors/professors are all very knowledgeable, professional, willing to help all students. I did find myself researching a lot of things when I did not fully understand something, YouTube was my best friend, mostly because... Read More

Degree: MBA in Human Resources

I completed both my under graduate and a Master’s program in just under 3 years. This school is a joke, every class was a cake walk. The VA paid my way through because they were a very cheap way to go. I suggest to stay away especially if you want a quality education and knowing they are renaming their school

I am surprised to see so many low reviews for Brandman. I am almost finished with the MBA program and have had an overall great experience with it. It's great for people who work full time and need to take classes at their own pace. Granted online schooling isn't the same (in my opinion) as learning in person, but I think the professors do the best they can with what they have.

For those speaking on Chapman, Brandman is soon to become apart of UMass. I would personally recommend my program to people but can't speak on any other degrees or programs. I've had great, helpful and knowledgeable Professors (many from Chapman) & OneStop/Financial aid are helpful. I will say that sometimes the bare minimum is assigned leaving the student to research a lot on their own, but that's not a problem for me as that's why I chose an online program. I have learned so much and it's been... Read More

This is a good option if you just want a degree. The format is just they post a prompt, and you post a discussion. I found it not very valuable and hard to follow. Save your money look else where. If you want to actually learn and have teachers who are engaged, then this place is not for you.

I can not rate the education program yet because it has taken them 3 months to register me. I was very eager to start my masters program and gave them everything needed fairly quickly but they are very slow to get back and when they do, they made your next appointment for 2 weeks later. Other institutions do everything in their power to get you started as soon as possible. Not Brandman, I’m still waiting. At this point, I’m going back to Liberty and their strict schedule.
